This Privacy Policy describes how Cinelli's Pizza and Italian Kitchen (operated by Cinelli's Kitchen Inc., 741 Maiden Ln, Greece, NY 14612) collects, uses, and protects information when you order from us, visit BestPizzaGreece.com, or use the Cinelli's ordering app.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you place an order, create an account, sign up for offers, or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (for delivery orders), and order details. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider (Square) and is not stored by us. We also collect basic technical information about how our website and app are used, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and deliver your orders, to run your account and loyalty points, to send order updates and reminders you asked for (including cart reminders by text message), to respond to your questions, and to improve our service. If you sign up for offers, we may send you coupons and special offers by email or text; you can opt out at any time.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, Cinelli's Pizza and Italian Kitchen may send you text messages about your orders and your saved cart. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business — for example, our payment processor, our online ordering and app platform, and our text and email delivery providers — and only as needed for them to do that work. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP. You may contact us to update or delete your account information.
