These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Cinelli's Pizza and Italian Kitchen (operated by Cinelli's Kitchen Inc., 741 Maiden Ln, Greece, NY 14612) in store, by phone, at BestPizzaGreece.com, and through the Cinelli's ordering app.

Orders

Menu items, prices, and offers may change without notice. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. Delivery is available only on orders placed through our website or app; phone orders are for pickup. Coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and each promotional code may be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.

SMS Terms

By giving Cinelli's Pizza and Italian Kitchen your mobile number and opting in through our app or signup forms, you agree to receive text messages from Cinelli's Pizza and Italian Kitchen about your orders and your saved cart (for example, a reminder that items are waiting in your cart, with a link to finish your order). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Loyalty and offers

Loyalty points and rewards are governed by the terms shown in our ordering app and at signup. Points and rewards have no cash value and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
